Lawsuit Seeks To Prevent Prosecutor From Keeping Blacks Off Juries

(CBS)– Four black voters and a branch of the NAACP sued a Mississippi prosecutor on Monday, asking a federal judge to order him to stop excluding African Americans from juries.
