Joel Fitzgerald Confirmed As Next Baltimore Police Commissioner

BALTIMORE (WJZ) — The Fort Worth, Texas police chief has been confirmed as Baltimore’s next police commissioner, Mayor Catherine Pugh confirmed Friday.
