Inmate Charged With Attempted Murder Of Correctional Officer

BOYDS, Md. (WJZ) — Montgomery County Police have charged Edgar Alfonso Borrera, 26, with attempted first-degree murder of a correctional officer. Borrera was already incarcerated at the Montgomery County Correctional Facility.
