I-95 Overturned Tractor Trailer Affecting Traffic In Howard Co.

LAUREL, Md. (WJZ) — Police are investigating an overturned tractor trailer on I-95 southbound at exit 35A MD 216 at southbound Scaggsville Rd in Howard County.Two vehicles are reportedly involved.
At this time one of two southbound shoulders are closed and two of four southbound traffic lanes are closed. All northbound lanes are open.
