I-95 NB Remains Closed Near After Tanker Overturns

CECIL COUNTY, Md. (WJZ) — The southbound side of I-95 are reopened after both sides of the interstate were shut down after a tanker overturned in Cecil County.
According to fire officials, the tanker overturned in the northbound side of I-95 near Elkton (exit 109).
