Gov. Larry Hogan Kicks Off Reelection Campaign Weeks Before Primaries

ANNAPOLIS, Md. (WJZ)– Gov. Larry Hogan kicked off his campaign for reelection Saturday, with less than three weeks before Marylanders go to the polls for the primaries.
