Freezing Rain Advisory No Longer In Effect

BALTIMORE (WJZ) — A freezing rain advisory was in effect for the Baltimore metro along with northern Montgomery, Howard, southern Baltimore and southern Harford Counties until 4 a.m. Sunday.
