Frederick County Braces For More Rain, Flooding

FREDERICK, Md. (WJZ) — Frederick County has joined the City of Frederick in declaring a State of Emergency after storms slammed the area, causing flooding and damage to roads.
Residents pumped thousands of gallons of water from their basements. Streets were shut down as swelling creeks overflowed their banks.
“This is worse than its ever been. It’s kind of crazy,” one woman told WJZ’s Devin Bartolotta.
