Flood Warning In Effect For Baltimore Into Friday, Thousands Without Power After Severe Storms

BALTIMORE (WJZ) — After another round of severe weather in parts of Maryland on Thursday, an Areal Flood Warning is in effect for Baltimore City through 12:15 a.m.
Heavy rain that came down in Baltimore as a result of the weather caused streets throughout part of the City to flood.
