Flash Flood Watch

Baltimore (WJZ)– A flash flood watch is in effect through this evening.
The watch includes Anne Arundel, Calvert, Cecil, Central and Southeast Howard, Central and Southeast Montgomery, Charles, Prince Georges, Southeast Harford, Southern Baltimore, and St. Marys counties.
Average rainfall amounts of two to three inches are expected, with isolated higher amounts possible.
