Flash Flood Warning In Effect For Parts Of Maryland

BALTIMORE (WJZ) — A flash flood warning is in effect for parts of Maryland until 9:30 p.m. Thursday.
The National Weather Service says numerous showers and thunderstorms capable of producing heavy rainfall are expected to approach the region through midnight. Localized rainfall amounts of 2 to 4 inches are expected.
The warning is in effect for Baltimore City, Baltimore County and Howard County.
