First Day For Most Maryland Schools, Some Closed Due To Heat

BALTIMORE (WJZ) — It’s the first day of school for public schools in Maryland, but some students won’t be headed into school due to the excessive heat.
Ten Baltimore County Public Schools are closed Tuesday and in Baltimore City some of the schools without air-conditioning will close several hours early.
