Fire At Vacant Warehouse In Southeast Baltimore Sends Smoke Plumes Over City

BALTIMORE (WJZ) —Fire crews have put out a blaze at a vacant, two-story warehouse in southeast Baltimore that sent smoke billowing into the sky over Baltimore Tuesday afternoon.
The warehouse is located at Bayview Boulevard and Eastern Avenue, directly across the street from Johns Hopkins Bayview. Employees and patients were keeping a close watch on the fire.
The fire started burning just after noon, shutting down six blocks.
