Final Preparations Underway As Light City Gets Ready To Light Up Charm City

BALTIMORE (WJZ) — Light City is now just one day away, and artists are putting the finishing touches on their installments as they get ready to light up the city.
Excited visitors were already checking out the exhibits in the beautiful weather Friday afternoon.
