Fights Break Out At Baltimore County Mall During Carnival

BALTIMORE (WJZ) — Baltimore County Police say several fights involving kids had to be broken up at Eastpoint Mall in Dundalk on Sunday night.
About 2,000 kids were at a carnival outside the mall around 8:45 p.m. when small fights began breaking out, according to police. Someone sprayed pepper spray, which caused carnival-goers to disperse and run out into the streets.
More fights broke out outside the carnival after the event was shut down.
