Fellow Democratic Gubernatorial Candidates Remember Kamenetz At Somber Event

BALTIMORE (WJZ) — An event for the Maryland Democratic gubernatorial candidates turned into a reflection on the life of Baltimore County Executive Kevin Kamenetz after his unexpected death.
