FBI Seeking 2nd Person Wanted For Questioning In NYC Terror Attack

BALTIMORE (AP/WJZ) — The FBI is searching for a second person wanted for questioning in connection with the New York City terror attack, in which eight people were killed when a man drove onto a bike lane.
The FBI is seeking information about Mukhammadzoir Kadirov in relation to Tuesday’s attack.
Suspect Sayfullo Saipov was charged Wednesday in a criminal complaint that accused him of killing eight people near the World Trade Center.
