Fatal Accident On I-695; Driver Was Wanted By Police

BALTIMORE (WJZ) — A car hit the right shoulder guardrail on the outer loop of I-695, causing two people in the backseat to be ejected. Police confirm both victims died as a result of their injuries.
It happened between Providence and Dulaney Valley Road in Towson, Md. around 1:18 a.m. Thursday.
There were four people in the vehicle at the time of the single car crash. The front seat passenger was wearing a seat belt and was not ejected. They advised police that the driver had fled on
