Email on Hogan Fundraising Solicitation Prompts Complaint

ANNAPOLIS, Md. (AP) — The Maryland Democratic Party is complaining about a fundraising email for Gov. Larry Hogan sent during the legislative session, but Hogan’s campaign treasurer says the complaint is “baseless.”
