Eastbound Bay Bridge Traffic Blocked Due To Overturned Tractor Trailer

MARYLAND (WJZ) — All eastbound Bay Bridge traffic is blocked due to an overturned tractor trailer on the eastern side of the bridge, the MDTA said.
