Criminal Investigation Opened By Officials In Deadly Edgewood Fire

EDGEWOOD, Md. (WJZ) — A criminal investigation is now open after a fire killed three people in Harford County Thursday morning.
Officials said the fire happened in Edgewood around 2:30 a.m. Thursday.
The Maryland State Fire Marshal said that nine people were living in the home.
Officials are now investigating whether the house was an illegal boarding house.
The State Fire Marshal, Harford County Sheriff’s Department and ATF are now investigating.
