Crews Repairing Extensive Damage On Kelly Avenue Bridge

BALTIMORE (WJZ) — Crews worked Thursday to repair the Kelly Avenue Bridge in Mount Washington after a hole opened up overnight.
Traffic dropped to one lane on each side throughout the day.
The problems extend beyond the bridge to right below it, where debris fell onto the Light Rail tracks, suspending service between Falls Road and North Avenue temporarily.
