Code Blue Extreme Cold Alert Issued For The Weekend

BALTIMORE (WJZ) — Baltimore City Health Commissioner Letitia Dzirasa on Thursday issued a Code Blue Extreme Cold Alert declaration from Friday evening through Sunday morning, when the wind chill will reach the teens.
