Code Blue Extreme Cold Alert In Effect From Sunday To Tuesday

BALTIMORE (WJZ) — With rain and single-digit temperatures on the way for the weekend, a Code Blue Extreme Cold declaration has been issued for Baltimore City from Sunday afternoon through Tuesday morning.
