Cherry Blossoms Reached Peak Bloom Monday

WASHINGTON, D.C. (WJZ) — Peak bloom is here!
The National Park Service made the announcement just before noon on Monday the nation’s springtime celebration hit its peak as the Cherry Blossom Festival continues this week.
