Car Strikes White House Barrier, Secret Service Investigating

WASHINGTON (WJZ) — Secret Service is investigating after a car attempted to break through the barrier outside the White House Monday afternoon.
The incident happened before 3 p.m.
Roads were reopening in the area just before 4 p.m.
