BPD Officer Found In Patrol Car Passed Out, Possibly Intoxicated

BALTIMORE (WJZ) — A Baltimore City Police officer is under investigation after being found in his patrol car passed out behind the wheel, apparently intoxicated.
This reportedly occurred Tuesday on Washington Blvd, near MLK.
