Black Ice Making For Dangerous Roads, Sidewalks

BALTIMORE (WJZ) — You can barely see it, but the moment you feel black ice, it may be too little too late.
“It’s treacherous. I have a 4×4 truck and I just tried to come up the road and actually went backwards,” one Baltimore resident told WJZ.
A wintry mix of freezing rain and sleet is creating an invisible danger across much of Maryland. Many roads and sidewalks have been covered in black ice.
