Baltimore Scrapyard Fined $50,000 For Releasing Toxic Metals Into Patapsco River
BALTIMORE (WJZ) — A South Baltimore scrapyard has been fined $50,000 for allowing toxic metals and oil to wash into the Patapsco River.
