Baltimore Officer Recorded Beating Man Indicted By Grand Jury

BALTIMORE (WJZ) — A Baltimore police officer who was caught on camera repeatedly punching a man on a sidewalk has been indicted on multiple charges.
State’s Attorney for Baltimore Marilyn Mosby announced Tuesday afternoon that the officer, identified as Arthur Williams by attorney Warren Brown, has been charged with first-degree assault, second-degree assault and behavior unbecoming of an officer.
