Baltimore Man Pleads Guilty To Illegal Possession Of Machine Gun

BALTIMORE (WJZ) — A Baltimore man pleaded guilty Friday to the illegal possession of a machine gun with a scratched-off serial number, according to the Maryland Justice Department.
A Baltimore Police officer was conducting surveillance in the 1400 block of Mosher Street in Baltimore on Oct. 21, 2016 when he saw William Perkins.
