Baltimore County Police Officer Shoots Dog After He Says It Bites Him

BALTIMORE COUNTY, Md. (WJZ) — A Baltimore County police officer was involved in a dog shooting earlier Thursday morning.
An officer was in the area of the 200 block of Bowley’s Quarters Road at around 10:19 a.m. following up on a burglary where the owner reported his dog stolen.
The officer went to the house to check up on the case to see if he got his dog back, and learned that it was. The officer was outside talking to the owner of the dog when it ran out of the house.
