Artscape Kicks Off In Baltimore

BALTIMORE (WJZ) — It’s that time of year again to celebrate the creative side of Charm City with Artscape.
There are 17 blocks of something for everyone. Artscape prides itself on being more than any one person can handle.
The tents are up, the art is on display and people are out to enjoy it. It is a one-of-a-kind adventure.
