Arrest Made In Deadly August Hit-And-Run In Dundalk

BALTIMORE (WJZ) — The Baltimore County Police Department has announced an arrest in a fatal hit-and-run crash in August.
Investigators believe 23-year-old Keith Curtis Tawney was walking in a south-bound lane of North Point Boulevard, just south of Cove Road, just before 1 a.m. on August 23, when he was struck by a vehicle.
