Another Noose Found Hanging In Maryland

BALTIMORE (WJZ) — Another noose has been found in Maryland, this time in Frederick County.
The Frederick County Sheriff’s Office confirms they are investigating after a noose was found Monday morning, but would not confirm where it was found.
The Frederick News-Post is reporting the noose was found in the Ballenger Creek neighborhood.
The sheriff’s office would not provide any further details as they continue their investigation.
