AMBER Alert Cancelled For Two Missing Maryland Toddlers

BALTIMORE (WJZ) — The AMBER Alert for 3-year-old Avi Smith and 1-year-old Semi Smith was cancelled at 5 a.m. Sunday.
Both children were located unharmed and the suspect 28-year-old Jessica Preston was located in Howard County and arrested.
