Alcohol, Drugs Possible Factor In Wreck That Killed Tow Truck Driver

BALTIMORE (WJZ) — Authorities say they believe alcohol and/or drugs were a contributing factor in an auto-pedestrian wreck that resulted in the death of a tow truck driver Wednesday.
Thomas Anthony Flayhart, 48, died after being truck by a vehicle while he was standing behind his tow truck securing straps.
