69-Year-Old Man With Dementia Missing Since September 21

BALTIMORE (WJZ) — Police are searching for a missing vulnerable adult who has been missing since September 21.
69-year-old John Coiley, was last seen at around 7:15 p.m. Saturday in the 4600 block of Frankford Avenue.
