BALTIMORE (WJZ) — A 13-year-old boy was shot and killed on Wednesday night in Baltimore. Police say the child was among three people killed and four injured in shootings on Halloween.
Officials said around 9:25 p.m., an officer was flagged down by a citizen who directed them to a male laying in the intersection of Hollins Ferry Road and Patapsco Avenue.
