29-Year-Old Killed In Howard County Pedestrian Crash

HOWARD Co., Md. (WJZ) — A 29-year-old man was struck and killed by a car shortly before 1 a.m. Monday morning. Police said Timothy Lewis was pronounced dead at the scene.
