2 Teens Killed In Crash On I-695; Driver Was Wanted By Police

BALTIMORE (WJZ) — Police believe alcohol and speed may have played a role in an early morning crash that caused two teens in the backseat of a car to be ejected and killed.
WJZ obtained cell phone video of the deadly crash just after 1:15 a.m. that shut down the outer loop of 695 at Providence Road for several hours Thursday.
Maryland State Police said a 2000 Honda Accord struck the right shoulder guardrail and eventually came to a rest in the center lane.
