118 Fugitives Arrested In Baltimore After Joint Police Operation

BALTIMORE (WJZ) — Baltimore Police Commissioner Michael Harrison announced Wednesday the arrests of 118 people after a fugitive warrant roundup.
Harrison said with the blessing of the mayor he initiated the roundup three weeks ago citywide.
