10 Mid-Size SUVs Earn Good Ratings In Side-Impact Testing

BALTIMORE (WJZ) — More than half the mid-size SUVs tested earn good ratings in the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety’s new side-impact evaluation.
Of the 18 vehicles tested, 10 earned good (G) ratings: the Ford Explorer, Infiniti QX60, Lincoln Aviator, Mazda CX-9, Nissan Pathfinder, Subaru Ascent, Toyota Highlander, Volkswagen Atlas, Volkswagen Atlas Cross Sport and Volkswagen ID.4.
Two more, the Buick Enclave and Chevrolet Traverse, earned acceptable (A) ratings. The rest&ndash
