1 Dead, Traffic Backed Up On I-95 After Tractor Trailer Overturns

CECIL CO., Md. (WJZ) — An overturned tractor trailer has caused traffic delays on I-95 Tuesday afternoon.
The Maryland Transportation Authority reports the tractor trailer overturned on southbound I-95 near MD 272 (exit 100).
Authorities say the driver of that tractor trailer was pronounced dead at the scene.
Just before the crash at 1:45 p.m., a trooper had pulled over a vehicle and the two vehicles were on the shoulder at mile marker 97 in North East.
