Woman chained to overpass drew large crowd

CHP investigators confirmed Friday morning that a woman was found in the fetal position chained to the overpass near Golden State and F Street Thursday just after 8 p.m. Spokesman Robert Rodriguez said a large crowd was gathered around the woman and several people were taking pictures. Several bystanders tell Eyewitness News they did try to help, and illuminate the area with their cellphones.
