Weedpatch closed as crews fix downed power pole

BAKERSFIELD, CA - Part of Weedpatch highway remains closed after a driver crashed into a utility pole in east Bakersfield. 
According to CHP officers, the driver rolled his vehicle on Weedpatch Highway and east Wilson Road around 10:30 a.m.     Weedpatch Highway is closed down between Redbank and Muller Roads while PG&E crews work to replace the pole that was left hanging from powerlines after the crash.     PG&E officials say power in the area wasn'
