Victims say mailbox thefts leave them with big problems when documents get stolen

Mary Swenson lives in a gated, southwest Bakersfield community. She was gone on vacation for 10 days, and found her mailbox empty when she got back. The only thing in it was a message from community management that there had been thefts from the mailbox. Swenson says she soon figured out some important documents had been taken.
