Veteran and critically acclaimed author gives speech at BC

Captain Luis Montalvan served 17 years in the U.S. Army. He received two Bronze Stars, the Purple Heart, the Army Commendation Medal for Valor, and the Combat Action Badge.But, he says what he values most in life is his golden retriever service dog named "Tuesday."
