Update: Missing boy located safe

BAKERSFIELD, CA- Bakersfield Police say a seven year old boy who never came home from school on Thursday was located safely Thursday night.Police say the boy is a student at Fremont Elementary School near Union Avenue and Brundage Lane.The boy, Victor Castro, left school after school was out but didn’t arrive home.
Castro is described as a Hispanic male 3’6”, 50 lbs., wearing orange sleeveless shirt with unknown print on front, faded blue denim shorts with a grey belt.Castro w
