Two suspects in custody, one on the loose after SE Bakersfield shooting

Officers were called to the 1700 block of Pacheco Road at about 11:43 p.m. for a shooting. When officers got to the scene, they found the driver of a vehicle suffering from multiple gun shot wounds.
